There is no refund or exchange on any of the services in any circumstances.
However, we do refund on the following situations only:
when we can’t come to the conclusion due to the lack of proper photographs and information.
When we can’t meet the application timeframe requested after all the requested information was received.
Authentication request is good for 14 days once you submit the payment. All requested photographs and information must be submitted within 14 days. If additional information is not received within 14 days, your request expires and will need to resubmit a new order with applicable fees.
We don’t refund on expired requests or exchange to another item.
