Payment
We accept the following: Credit Cards, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks
Personal checks will take 5-7 business days to clear.
For security reasons, the billing address you provide must match the registered address for your issuing bank and the billing and shipping addresses need to be the same.
Our credit card system is automated and processes over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
If you placed an order more than once on the same item by mistake, it will be corrected by us and your credit card will not be charged more than once.
Once we process your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 12 hours.
If you place an order after 6pm Friday Hawaii time ( 9 PM Pacific Standard Time ), it will be processed on the following Monday morning.

Layaway
We accept layaway on our items with a 25% non-refundable down payment and the balance is due within 60 days.
In order for us to hold the item on layaway, you must submit the payment information at the time of purchase.
Simply purchase the item online by clicking the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG and select layaway and include your credit card information for the down payment.

Layaway purchases must be completed within 60 days. When you purchase an item on layaway and hold the item with a down payment, we take the item off the market and hold it for you. There is no additional charge or interest as long as it is paid off within 60 days.
Payments made after 60 days will be charged additional 10% on the remaining balance. If an item is not paid off within 90 days we reserve the right to re-list the item.
Please note that any item purchased through layaway option is not transferable to another item.

Shipping (US domestic)
We usually ship items within 2-3 business days from the time of your purchase. It will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) unless other arrangements are made. Depending on where you are located, shipping takes approximately about 3-5 business days to the West Coast and 7 days to the East Coast.
You will receive an automated tracking number for your package once your item is shipped. All packages ship with signature confirmation and will require your signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, they will leave a note on your door and you can retrieve it at the appropriate office. If you require overnight shipping for an additional charge, please let us know.

International Orders
We welcome our loyal customers from around the world and gladly accept payment Paypal or via bank wire.
Once you submit an order, we will send you the bank information within 12-24 hours.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or via Federal Express (Fed Ex). Depending on where you are located, shipping takes approximately about 7-14 business days. The delivery time will vary depending on the customs in your country.

All items shipped include Signature Confirmation™ and insurance protection value up to $1000. USD. If additional insurance is desired, it is the buyers responsibility to add additional insurance at time of ordering.

In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description of the item, view all the photos carefully and double check the measurements before purchasing.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving your item.
2. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition.
3. Item must have our security tag still attached.
4. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA) to write on the box.
5. The original invoice must be returned with the item.
6. Return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

All returns will be charged 5% restocking fee to cover the payment processing fees. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item.
If we find that any of the conditions above was not meant, the item has been used or is different from the condition before we sent out, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back to the customer.
